At Li’l K, we want you to love what you wear! If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
  • Be requested for return within 7 days of delivery
  • Be returned within 14 days after approval

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or clearance items
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Accessories (earrings, etc.)
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Email info@lilkstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm if your item is eligible for return and provide you with instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
